Prayers for the victims in the hospital and their families, and the Marysville--Tulalip community following the tragedy at Marysville Pilchuck HS.
Prayers for Mountain View PC and Rev. John Mason, Pastor, who is serving in the heart of the response to this tragedy ministering to the police, firefighters, faculty, school administration, families, as well as the Mountain View congregation. Rev. Mason needs our prayers for energy, endurance, and wisdom as he and others help people grieve and welcome God's healing.

Friends in Christ -
My heart breaks for the victims and their families, the shooter, the school and community. I encourage you to be in prayer for all affected by this shooting. As of 1:00pm today, there are 2 people who have been confirmed deceased, the shooter and a victim. There are others who are hurt and being treated at Providence Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Our church in Marysville is Mountain View PC. Rev. John Mason, the Pastor is also chaplain to the Marysville Police and in the midst of responding right now. Several young people from Mountain View PC attend Pilchuck HS. Thank you for your prayers for Mountain View PC as they respond.
I am requesting your prayers for everyone involved, especially the victims and their families, law enforcement and for Mountain View PC, Rev. John Mason and the staff, and all the churches involved in responding to help mend an awful tear in the fabric of this school and community. Shoultes Gospel Church is serving as a pickup center for parents to pickup their HS students. The Grove Church in Marysville will be holding a prayer vigil at 6:30 tonight.
Presbyterian Disaster Assistance has been in touch with me and ready to respond as needed.
I will keep you updated on how the church is responding and what help may be needed.
Blessings in Christ,
Dr. Corey Schlosser-Hall
